Problem:
Business Structure filter reporting unit does not work when generating OCC Fac from a light policy through option Add and Realize Fac OCC Protection
Solution:
The Business Structure Domain Restriction filter should prevent user from creating OCC when filter is rejecting the OCC about to be created.
