[SICSR-12652] Share of 100% column of proportional protection shows a different value than edit Share of 100%

Problem:
'Share of 100%' in the proportional protection assignment shows a value representing the allocated percent expressed of 100%.  The column name 'Share of 100%' is confusing, especially when the protection assigned is a quota share outward cedent's contract.  In this case, the value in this column it will be different to the 'Share of 100%' in the Edit Retroceded Share window.  

Solution: 

View Proportional Protection Assignment:
Change the name of the column called 'Share of 100' to 'Allocated of 100'.  No changes should be done to how the values in this column are calculated
