Problem:
When changing information in the technical and claim worksheet the Last Updated By information on Claim Worksheets is not updated unless user applies the worksheet before opening closing window, thus enabling user to close a worksheet he/she was the last one to update.

Solution:
The Last Updated By information should be updated even though the user is not applying the worksheet

Workaround:
Apply the worksheet before accessing the closing window
