[SICSR-14073] peril cession amount from rule not calculated immediately when percent column before base amount

Problem:
On a contract's peril cession list, the system does not always show a value coming from a calculation rule, while the peril cessions list is still in edit mode. It only shows the calculated value after save.

Solution:
If adding a zone/peril cession and this has a figure (e.g. Exposure) that should be calculated from another peril cession figure (e.g. Risk Limit), the system should show the calculated figure already in edit mode (not only after Save). This should happen also if the system defined column Percent is placed before (to the left of) the column used in the calculation (e.g. Risk Limit).

Workaround:
Move the system defined column Percent after (to the right of) the column used in the calculation (e.g. Per Event Cover).
Change sequence on Peril Cession List by selecting the table heading, then pop up menu choice Column View. Then after the wanted sequence, select table heading and from pop up, select Save Settings )
