Problem:
When in a program part, clicking on the Program Limit amount and then clicking the Program Retention, the system deselect the Unlimited Flag, even though the user is in View mode.

Solution:
In a Reinsurance Program or a Protection Program, for a program parts (XL, AX, SL): In View Mode, it should not be possible to do any changes to the Unlimited flag, regardless where the user clicks.
