[SICSR-14154] Wrong calculation when executing recovery order on Non Prop Tty with multiple claims and Interlocking Clause

Problem:
Recovery order does not include all reserve movements when the claim is interlocking and there are multiple contributing claims (to one Risk/Headline)

Solution:
The calculation should consider the accumulated reserve as per recovery order extraction date for all contributing claims.
All details which are contributing to that accumulated reserve must be included.
