[SICSR-14818] Recovery Booking is not created correctly on IGC

Problem:
Recovery bookings are not created correctly on facultative Intra Group Contracts

Solution:
The system should not aggregate the ORP bookings, but ensure they are booked on correct soc to claim relation
The system should apply the same Accounting Classification on the Intra Group booking as used in the ORP booking
