Problem:
Premium Bookings for Life Light Policies are incorrectly ceded mutilple times to Proportional OCCs via Preliminary Booking order.

Solution:
Life Light Premium must not be retroceded more than one time via Preliminary Booking order. This must also happen when SysPar "Transfer Premium/Portfolio on OCCs with claim basis Losses Occurring" in not selected.
