Problem:
It is possible to assign a Payment Task to a Cedent when being on a Retrocessionaire Participation, when the latter has a non-definite life cycle status.

Solution:
When trying to update a Cedent's tasks or Reference by the pop up choice 'Edit Business Partner Task/ Reference' from a placement of an Outward Cedent's Contract, the system should stop the user also when the Life Cycle Status of the placement is something else than definite.
