[SICSR-15940] Find Business not fetching Insured if Full Business Partner

Problem:
When the System Parameter 'Insured as Business Partner for all Types of Business' is active and then searching for business by Insured on the Find Business facility, the system searches only on third parties. Insureds recorded as business partners only are not found.

Solution:
When the System Parameter 'Insured as Business Partner for all Types of Business' is active, and on the Find Business facility selecting the role 'Insured' and trying to search for belonging Business Partners, the system should show the Find Business Partner facility - not the Find Third Party facility.
