Problem:
When Importing TW from column spreadsheet, Accounting Period From date is not correct
 

Solution:
When using the Import Technical Worksheet from Spreadsheet function with the AccYR and AccPeriod given in the spreadsheet, we must make sure these values are used as basis for the Accounting Period From - To fields. Make sure the AccYR value is used as the year in the Accounting Period From date.
Same behavior as for manual created worksheet.
