Problem:
RPO run for renewal is not working correctly.

Solution: 
When the system parameter Sum at Risk Standalone Retrocessions Only is selected:

Do not consider the renewed SAR in addition to the SAR of the previous transaction and check for the remaining capacity on the OCC when the RPO is run.
The retrocession ratio/ factor should be applied on proportionate basis to all the accumulated SAR inward cessions that have been picked up by the order as on date of the RPO
