[SICSR-16371] Recovery does not reverse claims when under priority

Problem:
The recovery order does not display claims which are reversed since they are falling below priority when the light policy has a reporting unit, and the OCC does not

Solution:
Display all claims which has a new booking or previous bookings, also when source detail for current detail is not matching the reporting unit of light policy

Workaround:
This is a display issue, and upon closing the worksheet, the system calculates/reverses claim correctly
