Problem:
The security domain restriction stops a user from opening an Excess of Loss Protection for Common Account of an inward proportional treaty, even though the user is not restricted from the base company of the XL CA of Inward.
Solution:
When for an assumed business (proportional treaty) selecting the 'XL' button (XL CA of Inward) and here trying to open an XL CA of Inward business, the system should check that this XL CA of Inward business does not have a base company that the user is restricted from by a Domain Restriction. When doing so, the system should not look at the company being the Administrator. Instead, it should look at the company with the role Other Cedent (and more specifically the company being the Reinsurer on the protected assumed business).
