Problem:
Abend when try to book on CA XL Of Inward with the system parameter "Use Entry Code Restriction per Base Company" selected

Solution:
When the system parameter "Use Entry Code Restriction per Base Company" is selected and the user make booking on a XL CA Inward business, we must make sure the system displays ALL Entry Codes in the Entry Code column, since there is no Base Company linked to the detail when booking on this type of business, instead of abending.
