Problem:
Coverage Classification items are sorted by the AC sorting order and not per the Business Classification sort order (as per Classification Settings 2 display of items).

Solution:
The coverage classification items on the business should be sorted (as before) in the same way as they are displayed on the Classification Settings 2, irrespective of AC order.
