Problem:
Domain Restriction / Accounting Section on Worksheet Detail does not work properly for automatic bookings on proportional protections

Solution:
When the user is assigned to the Domain Restriction "Accounting Section on Worksheet Detail", with access to create (and close) worksheet on Assumed Business only, and the user close a worksheet on an Assumed Business, we must make sure the system also book this on the protection assignment if this is prop fac ORP, in the same way as it does if it is a prop treaty OCC.
Automatic booking on proportional protection when worksheets are closed on the Assumed Business must take place even if the user is not allowed to book manually on these levels of business, like prop treaty OCC, prop fac ORP and also prop fac OCC.
