Problem:
In the worksheet closing window, add fields Payment Partner and Responsible Partner- Not available

Solution:
When the user selects the option View Balance Changes from the worksheet window so that the worksheet closing window opens in view mode, we must make sure the two columns Payment Partner and Responsible BP appears but is disabled along with all other columns. This should be independent if the user is assigned to the use case Accounting Worksheet Closing Edit with Update access rights or not.
When the user opens the worksheet closing window in edit mode with the option Change Status from the worksheet, we must make sure the system enable the two columns Payment Partner and Responsible BP only if the user is assigned to the use case Accounting Worksheet Closing Edit with Update access rights. Else these two columns must be disabled along with all the other columns. For the Claim worksheet it is the use case Accounting Claim Worksheet Closing.
When the user opens the Balance Properties window in edit mode, from the worksheet closing window, we must make sure the two fields Payment Partner and Responsible Business Partner are enabled only if the user is assigned to the use case Accounting Worksheet Closing Edit with Update access rights. Else these two fields must be disabled along with all the other fields on this window. For the Claim worksheet it is the use case Accounting Claim Worksheet Closing.
