Problem:
Description is Since December 2018, the SNS automatic cleanup job is taking over 24 hours to complete. Note the verification interval is 300 seconds. It is only scanning through a few hundred entries. Not sure why it takes that long to verify and delete. We have validated there are no timeouts or locks on this table in the database.
Solution:
Databse Transactions to deregister or update should be for a single record and a failure to commit due to the record already having gone should not affect the cleanup / checking of other records.
