Problem:
Previous caching of details is effectively turned off as set to 1 second meaning any improvements from SICSR-11504 - PL Conditions - Instalments - Performance problems have been lost and that any new details booked (instalment or adjustments) will not be considered until the refresh (after 1 second).
Solution:
Ensure that the details are cached and refreshed when required per making a new booking or timeout after 300 seconds.
When an instalment / Adjustment is booked from the Premium Accounting window on the conditions and the user immediately select the Auto Reverse (without any type of refresh), make sure the reversal can be performed without abend and without missing details.
Workaround:
Do not perform any reversal etc, until a few seconds after original booking.
Root Cause:
SICS 4.9.1 SICSR-14994 - Instalment can not be removed anymore from the PL condition
Extent of Impact:
Cache implemented by other cases.
