Problem:
SAIR not recaptured when accumulated amount is below the Retention
Solution:
When the accumulated sum at risk goes below the defined retention on the OCC, all linked standalone retrocessions should get a Full Recapture transaction.
When the Limits are defined as 'All Limits amounts are present value amounts' when the PV amount goes below the retention defined as a PV amount, all linked standalone retrocessions should get the full recapture transaction.
When there is more than one surplus OCC that protects the inward cessions and the accumulated sum at risk fall below the program retention all linked SAIRs should get a Full Recapture transaction. If the accumulated sum at risk falls below only one of the OCCs when the cession is protected by more than one surplus OCC, then the SAIRs linked to these OCCs should get the full recapture transaction.
When the accumulated sum at risk falls within the retention corridor defined on the OCC, the SAIRs to the OCC should be fully recaptured
