Problem:
Fac Business, if the share of the retrocessionaire is changed, the opposite accounting related to VAT is not generated accordingly.

Solution:
When Placement's signed share is changed for ORPs on Fac OCC (prop and non-prop), we must make sure that also the VAT, WVAT and Surcharge bookings are adjusted by the retroactive changes in the same way as other booking details are, e.g. Premium.
