Problem:
Renewal for Fac Standalone Retrocession' order - serial number of Transaction effective Period not set

Solution:

Automatic Renewal transactions created through the Cession Renewal Order and the Faculatative Standalone Retrocession Renewal Order should have the Transaction code on the cession and the cession benefit updated as 'Amendment' and amendment number created as the previous amendment number+1
