Problem:
Bank Charges - Booking Date is not following Original Remittance

Solution:
When a Bank Charge Remittance is created, either when the bank charge amount is give together with the Payment amount on the remittance OR when the Bank Charge Remittance is created in a separate process, from the BP ledger, after the parent remittance balance has already been created, we must make sure the initial value of the Date of Booking is set equal the Date of Booking on the original (parent) remittance.
When the Bank Charge Remittance has been created, and the status is pending - e.g. In Progress, the user can still change the Date of Booking, and in this case the system must keep the value given by the user, and not reset the given date.
