Problem:
The system gives warning when the technical worksheet balance(s) have different underwriting year.

Solution:
When the system parameter Check for Existing Duplicated Technical Worksheet Balances to SELECTED, the duplicated balances checking on the technical worksheets should present the warning message only if the found duplicate currency/balance contain details with the same underwriting year as in the balance on the current worksheet. If the found duplicate balances does not have details with the underwriting year, the system must not present the warning message.
