Problem:
No error message for 'Payment Due Date' when Transaction type is "Update Claim Reserve''

Solution:
Payment due date should be mandatory for the claim status Update Claim Reserve. When not entered the validation error message SYN0002 Payment due date field is required but not specified should be thrown
