[SICSR-17602] Document can’t be printed even though having generated document

Problem:

When producing TA type of document using retrocession account order, Sics report this warning message “no document to be printed for the given source".

Solution:
When producing document from a Retrocession Account Order (Prop Treaty) check for the ORP Agreement Life Cycle Status 'Offer Accepted' or 'Quote Taken Up'
