Problem:
Incorrect business label 'New', i.e. the label is not removed when claim worksheet is created

Solution:
The "New" flag should be removed (only if it was set in the first place) once there are closed bookings that are not Estimate bookings and are transferred to ledger, which is correct today, BUT the flag should never be re-added by making any other booking, e.g. when booking on a Claim with Transfer to Ledger set to False.
