Problem:
Unable to migrate a non proportional business through MTK due to error in PM condition

Solution:

All fields introduced on the PM condition as per SICSE-5741 to be made migratable through the MTK loader
This includes the boolean for 100% or Our Share in the Minimum and Deposit condition of a Non Prop Business and Final Adjustment Basis field and the entire reinstatement condition
