[SICSR-17649] Retroactive changes - Incorrect section on bookings after protection change

Problem:
When removing Protection Assignment from Assumed Business protected on Prop OCC Main Section and with bookings on Section level system is correctly reversing the Prop OCC bookings on Main Section. But when adding new Protection Assignment on Section level IAB/OCC the original IAB bookings on Section level are rebooked on OCC Main Section level

When changing Protection Assignment from Main Section level to Section level IAB/OCC, OCC 'as Original' bookings must be rebooked on corresponding OCC Section level instead of Main Section level (same as done when making new bookings on IAB Section level)
