Problem:
FGUClaimAmountsValidationRule is validating the message amounts using the receiver share amount on the message which results in incorrect amounts when there is a broker share percentage (not 100) provided.
SICS is only using the message receiver share when converting from 100% amounts and is not considering any broker share.

Solution:
Although validating the message amounts the SICS share from 100% should be used to compare the amounts against the SICS amounts.

When calculating amounts (that are given in hundred_percent) then both the broker share and receiver share must be considered.
