Problem:
When a light policy has overlapping attachment periods, and a booking detail's accounting period from and to dates are fully within more than one version, the preliminary booking order duplicates the accounting detail

Solution:
When a booking detail's accounting period from and to dates are fully within more than one version of the light policy, the preliminary booking order should allocate to the retrocession as per latest of these versions only.
