Problem:
Performance Problem Recovery Order
General Problem Claim Warnings configured on Claim Accounting are triggered.
Specific Problem when a new claim is created on the OCC - one claim warning will read all bookings for an accounting entry code sub category.
Main error is that validation should not have been triggered, but since it is triggered and no claim has yet not been created the validation check all bookings with no claim linked.

Solution:
Do not trigger claim validation on worksheets created by recovery orders.

Workaround:
Turn off Claim Warnings in System Parameters under Claim Accounting.
