[SICSR-17803] The amount of the outstanding loss is not correct

Problem:
The amount of the outstanding loss looks incorrect when more than one worksheet is stored in status Open and they are closed one by one.

Solution:
When closing a worksheet including an entry code allowed as replacement value and with the ‘Calculation based on the As of Date’ parameter set, that was created and stored as an open worksheet when another open worksheet existed,
1) make sure the Replacement Values on the worksheet is automatically selected on the worksheet, also when the Replacement Value stored on the worksheet is zero and
2) always recalculate the Amount on this worksheet so that it becomes equal the Replacement Value less the New Amount value on the worksheet.
