[SICSR-17816] ADH - Connections must support full length of IP name

Problem:
ADH supports Input Pattern (IP) field names up to 100 characters.
A connection from an IP field to a block or an Output Pattern field uses the name of the IP field as 'id'.
However, the connection supports only 50 characters for that 'id'.
Hence, when connecting an IP field with a name longer than 50, this causes a walkback.

Solution:
Increase the length of the connection source field name from 50 to 100.

Workaround:
Make sure all connected IP fields have names that are 50 characters or less.
