Problem:
When creating an Extension Amendment on an insured period, that is followed by a gap and then another insured period, the system stops the user because of overlap even though the extension ends earlier than the next insured period starts. This error occurs only if the extension To Date is one day before the next insured period From Date.

Solution:
When creating an Extension Amendment on an Insured Period that is followed by a gap before the next insured period, the system should not stop the user because of overlap when there is no overlap. This should also be the case when the To Date of the Extension is One Day earlier than the From Date of the next Insured Period.
