[SICSR-17892] Different Commutation Status set when revoke commutation after commutation multi businesses order

Problem:
Updates are made on Retrocessionaire's Participation with Commutation Status 'Commuted' (Partners tab) through the Business Mass Commutation order when selecting function 'Revoke'. The Accounting Year/Period is being removed from the database (not visible on Partners tab). This leads to different Commutation Status is set when I revoke commutation.

Solution:
When using the function 'Revoke' through the Business Mass Commutation order (Periodic Functions) only businesses with Commutation Status 'In Progress' (Partners tab) must be updated

Workaround:
Business Mass Commutation order, Function 'Revoke';
Exclude business Insured Periods with Commutation Status different from 'In Progress' from the Business Mass Commutation Order before pressing the 'Mass Update' button
