Problem:
When an FAI is linked to an Account Group and the included balances have a responsible partner in alert then no problem is raised by CheckIfResponsiblePartnerInAlertStatusBalanceDueBySender

Solution:
CheckIfResponsiblePartnerInAlertStatusBalanceDueBySender should also check balances included in an Account Group for any balance(s) with Responsible Partner in Alert and raise a problem as per the case when linked to an individual balance.
