[SICSR-17964] Incorrect text in Selection Box in UW Estimates calculation rules

Problem:

In Underwriters Estimates Calculation Rules, when I select Add Function / Calculated amounts -> (Stepped) Sliding Scale Profit Commission %..., the Selection box for the first selection shows: "Select an estimation item or sub calculation for your estimated incurred losses amount". This is not correct

Solution:

In Underwriters Estimates Calculation Rules, when I select Add Function / Calculated amounts -> (Stepped) Sliding Scale Profit Commission %..., the Selection box for the first selection should show: "Select an estimation item or sub calculation for your estimated result amount".
