Problem:
User defined fields for light claims does not accept records with 254 characters
Solution:
The user defined fields in CEDE_Interface CLAIM_UDF_TXT1, CLAIM_UDF_TXT2, CLAIM_UDF_TXT3 needs to be updated to Char=254
