Problem:
FC revaluation record created upon annulling of pairing takes original Booking Year and Booking Period even when it is closed

Solution:
When a Balance Pairing is Annulled and a new FC Revaluation row is created for the Technical/Claim balance involved, we must make sure the system check if the Booking Year and Period for the source FC Revaluation row is still open for the actual Base Company, and only copy the Booking Year and Period if it is still Open, else the system must select the Default Booking Year and Period for the Base Company.
