[SICSR-18188] Refresh issue while Search Cession form Find Cession Window

Problem:
Refresh issue while Search Cession form Find Cession Window

Solution:
The search filter should be refreshed when selecting the radio buttons on the Find cession window and the listed results should pertain the the options as per the selected radio button options

Clicking on New Search should reset the search filter criteria to the defaults.
Both the above should be done without requiring a refresh or closing of the Find Cession windows

Workaround:
Close the Find Cession window
