Problem:
Accounting Periods not restricted by definition on Admin condition System parameter is not working anymore in SICS 4.9.3 SSP4
Solution:
When the existing system parameter “Accounting Period not restricted by definition on Admin condition" is selected this should enable a new system parameter named "Accounting Period not restricted even for Prop Treaty AB".
When the new system parameter is selected, we must make sure that ALL active Accounting Period from table 177 Accounting Period is available also for Prop Treaty Assumed Businesses, even if Accounts are defined on the Administration conditions.
This new parameter should not affect Prop Treaty OCC and ORP.
Workaround:
Root Cause:
The problem is caused by a requirement from another client, see SICSR-15274, a correction done in 4.9.4 and 4.9.3_SSP4.
One client want to restrict the available accounting periods on the worksheet to those defined on the Administration conditions, for a Prop Treaty AB even if this is not restricted for other types of business, while other clients do not want this restriction for Prop Treaty OCC. This conflict is not solved with a new system parameter, see above Solution.
