Problem:
Incorrect calculations of deductions in Underwriters Estimates.
Relates to functions in Underwriters Estimates System Parameters, found under Functions -> Calculated Amounts - system created
Functions for Commission and Other deductions are calculated with incorrect sign.
Occurs when deduction conditions are saved in SICS 4.9.5.
