Problem:
Cession Loader ADH - Validation on Expiry Date and Expiry Age is missing

Solution:

When the Ceded flag is NOT selected
Update the following fields when changed in the cession batch file only when the transaction is Other or Extended Term

Policy Term
Benefit Term
Expiry Date
Expiry Age

For all other types of transactions, when there is a changed value in the fields, it should be ignored and the previous values should remain in the new transaction. This is similar to the online functionality

When the Ceded Flag is selected: The values in the cession batch for the loaded transaction should be updated on the cession benefit transaction that is created,
