Problem:
Abend in Auto Protection when one of the OCC has no Limit Condition.

Solution:
Return 0 when o Limit condition is found.

Workaround:
Make sure that all policies that are part of the RUG have limit condition.
We get the problem where you have FAC protections linked to sections with no P/L condition.
PP should be created on the section where you have P/L condition.
