Problem:
Missing objects for multiple Locations and Jurisdictions on a Claim

Solution:
Make two new universe objects in the folder Claim Information, Properties, named e.g. Claim Location (all) and Claim Jurisdiction (All).
By using these objects in the report the system will NOT repeat for each row you have locations or jurisdictions on the claim.
