Problem:
Incorrect distribution of ACR to a proportional treaty when limits are in multiple currencies and paid FGU is zero

Solution:
Ensure that currency split is applied to limits, and that ACR is distributed correctly and according to recalculated limits also for proportional treaty.

Workaround:
Add ACR booking to worksheet manually
