Problem:
Default Balance Split Option on a Technical Worksheet is not described in the User's Guide

Solution:
We need to make a separate chapter within chapter 11.2, similar to the chapter we have for Claim worksheet, see 11.12.16, named e.g. Balance Split Options in Technical WS. Here we should explaining the functionality of the Balance Split Options in TW, including how they are defaulted based on the payment tasks on the business, i.e. Claims Payment task and Brokerage Payment task assigned to separate partners on the business will tick by default the respective Balance Split Options Claims and Brokerage on the TW.
