[SICSR-14798] Abend after deleting an entry code row on a claim worksheet with multiple booking rows

Problem:
Abend occurs when tabbing in worksheet's first booking row, after having deleted a booking detail without an entry code defined, when the worksheet initially had multiple booking rows, and one row initially contained the detail without defined entry code, and the other row does not contain any details at all.

Solution:
If there is syntax validation on a detail row - then it should not be possible to switch to another booking row
If the detail row of a booking is deleted then there should be no side effects / abend

Workaround:
Define an entry code prior to deleting
